Beautifully Disney "Who Are You?"
Hey all and happy Wednesday! Todays' nail polish is Beautifully Disney's "Who Are You?" which was part of a set called Curiouser and Curiouser and it represents the caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland. Here's how the shimmer looked in the bottle:
"Who Are You?" is a really pretty green shimmer. In the bottle it looked darker but on my nail it lighted up to be a gorgeous lime green! The formula of "Who Are You?" was nice and applied quite nicely. After two coats, the nail polish was not fully opaque and you could see straight through to the nail bed in several places. I added a third coat and it made a noticeable difference. As for chipping, I was able to wear "Who Are You?" for three days before there was a fair amount of tip wear.
Overall I do like Beautifully Disney's "Who Are You?" - the color is gorgeous and perfect for Summer. However that being said this nail polish is quite old and the bottle nearly empty after a couple of uses so likely "Who Are You?" won't be in my collection by the end of 2019.

Bundle Monster Color "Dear Violet"
Hello all and happy Tuesday! Today's nail polish is Bundle Monster Color's "Dear Violet." Bundle Monster has now changed its name to Maniology but they still sell really fun stamping nail polishes and stamping plates! Here's how "Dear Violet" looked in the bottle:
"Dear Violet" is a gorgeous violet colored polish with silver and lavender shimmer in it. The formula of this nail polish is wonderful and it applied wonderfully. After only a single coat "Dear Violet" was entirely opaque and streak free. In terms of chipping, I was able to wear "Dear Violet" for five days before there were a couple of tip chips. Look at this shimmer up close:
Overall I am really happy with Bundle Monster Color's "Dear Violet." Everything about this nail polish is lovely and I cannot wait to stamp with this nail polish and wear it again and again!

Essie "On The Roadie"
Hello everyone and happy sunshine-y Monday! The sun was out for the first time int weeks today and I couldn't be happier! So without further ado, today's nail polish is Essie's "On The Roadie" which looks like this in the bottle:
"On The Roadie" is a pretty summertime green creme. The formula of this nail polish is the tiniest bit watery but still easy to apply. After two coats, "On The Roadie" was entirely opaque and streak free. As for chipping, I was able to wear this nail polish for five days before there were tip chips. Look at the lovely color up close:
Overall I am really pleased with Essie's "On The Roadie." Everything about this polish is perfect and I couldn't be happier with it in my collection and it will definitely not be going anywhere any time soon!

Live Love Polish Precision Peel
Hi guys and happy Sunday! Today's nail polish is actually a nail art tool - a cuticle protector! I decided to test out Live Love Polish's Precision Peel. It came in a cute little bottle that was very easy to hold:
The Precision Peel is bubblegum pink when first applies and dries nearly clear on my skin. I works really well and peeled off easily. The application brush was just the right size so it didn't flood my cuticles but allowed me to precisely apply it. Here's how the brush looks:
Overall I am loving Live Love Polish's Precision Peel. I have used it several times now and have never had any problems. Also the bottle hasn't dried out or gotten low even after a couple months worth of nail art attempts!

Lush Volcano Foot Mask
The mask itself is a grayish color and smells like peppermint:
Before using the volcano foot mask I snapped a before shot of my poor dancer feet:
Then I applied a this layer to the bottom of my feet and then wrapped them in plastic for 10 - 15 minutes. (I used gallon ziplock bags since they can be rinsed off and reused again and again).
After wearing the mask I washed my feet off in my usual evening shower. After one use my feet looked like this:
My feet did look every so slightly softer but there was a long way to go! (There is only so much one product can do after 18 years of dancing and 12 years of gymnastics!) So I decided to try the foot mask every night for a week to see if there would be a more noticeable change in softness. My feet did feel softer but it couldn't quite solve my heels. However the mask's scent was very clean and I did notice improvement in how my feet smelled. After a week's worth of masks my feet looked like this:

OPI "You're A Pisa Work"
Hey everyone and welcome to the weekend! Now if only it would stop raining here in North Carolina long enough to see the sun! Today's nail polish is OPI's "You're A Pisa Work" which looks like this in the bottle:
"You're A Pisa Work" is a really pretty red pink creme. The formula of this nail polish is perfect and applied really well. After one a single coat "You're A Pisa Work" was fully opaque and streak free. I did however, add a second coat for wear time and the photos. As for chipping, I was able to wear "You're A Pisa Work" for five full days before I noticed any chips. Look at this beauty up close:
Overall I am happy with OPI's "You're A Pisa Work." Everything about this nail polish is lovely and I plan on wearing "You're A Pisa Work" all Spring and Summer long!

Ciaté "Hoopla"
Hi everyone and happy hump day! I am so glad we are inching towards the weekend again! Today's nail polish is Ciaté's "Hoopla" which is such a nice Springtime color! I originally got this nail polish in Ciaté's annual advent calendar from 2013. Here's how "Hoopla" looked in the bottle:
"Hoopla" is a really pretty pastel coral. The formula of this nail polish was nice and it applied well to my nails. After two coats, "Hoopla" was not opaque and had several streak marks. To make the polish look nicer I added a third coat, which made quite a difference however there were still streak marks. In terms of chipping, I was able to wear "Hoopla" for three days before I noticed some tip chips. Up close you can see this pretty coral in all its gorgeousness:
Overall I like Ciaté's "Hoopla" because the color is pretty but I am not necessarily a fan of having to apply three coats each time I wear it. More than likely "Hoopla" will not stay in my collection as I have several polishes that are a similar color.

Disney for Target "White"
Hello guys and welcome back to another work week. Today's nail polish is a white nail polish with no official name - so I have been calling it Disney for Target's "White." It looked like this in the bottle:
And it came in a trio that looks like this:
The formula of this white creme is really good and it applied nicely to my nails. After two coats the polish was completely opaque with only a a little streak here or there. In terms of chipping, I was able to wear this nail polish for four days before I noticed some small chips. Look at this nice white up close:
Overall I am very pleased with Disney for Target's "White." A good white creme goes a long way in my nail polish collection and I cannot wait to keep using this nail polish to create some great nail art!

OPI "Road House Blues"
Hello all and happy Sunday! It is a dreary rainy weekend here in North Carolina so I picked out a dark blue to match. So without further ado, today's nail polish is OPI's "Road House Blues" which looks like this in the bottle:
"Road House Blues" is unsurprisingly a dark navy blue polish. The formula of "Road House Blues" was great and applied really well to my nails. After only one coat "Road House Blues" was fully opaque and streak free. However I applied a second coat for the photos and wear time. As for chipping, I was able to wear "Road House Blues" for six days before there were a few tip chips. Look how pretty this is up close:
Overall I am really happy with OPI's "Road House Blues." The color is so lovely and is a great Wintery nail polish! I cannot wait to wear this nail polish a lot more often.

Maniology Mani X Me February Box
Hi everyone! Earlier this week my Maniology Mani X Me box arrived! I am having such a great time getting this monthly subscription box so I wanted to share what I got this time! Each set includes two nail polishes, two stamping plates, a surprise nail art item and a few candies.
First up are the nail polishes:
"Nikko" and "Shibori."
This month's nail polishes are "Nikko" and and "Shibori." On the left is "Nikko" which is a really pretty pastel creme yellow that will be nice for Spring while "Shibori" on the right is an eggplant purple. They make a nice combination that reminds me of East Carolina University. Next up were the plates:
The first plate (above) is MXM001 which has some fun geometric design on it that remind me of painted designs.
The second plate in the set is called MXM002 and it features super cute with feathers, jars full of crystals and plants. I really like how perfect this one is for Springtime!
Lastly this month's surprise nail art item are iridescent nail stickers. They look amazing and I cannot wait to wear them! The package has four sheets and looks like this:
Overall I like this month's set from Maniology. It is also so convenient that they pair together polishes and stamping plates to help give me some fun ideas! I can't wait to try these out and to see what my March box will look like!

Sinful Colors "Nail Junkie"
Hi everyone and welcome to the weekend! Today's nail polish is Sinful Colors "Nail Junkie" which is such a fitting name considering how much nail polish I have in my hoard. Here's how "Nail Junkie" looked in the bottle:
"Nail Junkie" is a gorgeous blue jelly with blue, green and gold glitter. The formula of this nail polish was slightly watery but it applied fairly well. After two coats, "Nail Junkie" was not opaque but was free from streak marks. Since this polish is a crelly I am not surprised it wasn't opaque but it would make a nice topper for a creme polish. To help make the nail polish look better I added a third coat, which made a big difference. As for chipping, I was able to wear "Nail Junkie" three days before it began to flake off. Look at this glitter up close:
Overall I have mixed feelings about Sinful Colors "Nail Junkie." I love the color but it is a bit disappointing that it needs three coats to make it look opaque. That being said I can see how pretty it will be as a topper and I do plan on wearing it again.

Valentine's Day Nail Art
Hi all and Happy Valentine's Day! Anyone else dislike this holiday or is it just me? Today's nail polish is actually some heart nail art. Before beginning I selected this nail polishes:
Disney for Target's "White," Orly's "Devil May Care," OPI's "Lima Tell You About This Color!," Sinful Colors "Boom Boom," and Live Love Polish's "LDB."
First I placed two coats of Disney for Target's "White" to create the base for this design. My nails looked like this:
Next I placed a layer of Orly's "Devil May Care" on my nails. It has red and gold micro glitter in a clear base. My nails then looked like this:
Now to add the hearts I used some nail art brushes from Maniology. To create the pink hearts I used OPI's "Lima Tell You About This Color!" and Sinful Colors "Boom Boom." After applying the pinks my nails looked like this:
The finally touches was to add the black border to each heart. I used Live Love Polish's "LDB" and then my nails were finished! Here's an up close shot of the nail art:
If you want to know more about Live Love Polish's "LBD" check out my previous post!
Overall I quite like how these Valentine's Day nails turned out! Whether or not you have a boo to spend your day with or a pint of ice cream and Netflix, like me, here's hope you have a wonderful day!

Dupes: Essie "Meet Me At Sunset" and OPI "Juice Bar Hopping"
Hey guys and happy Tuesday! Today's nail polish is actually a comparison between Essie's "Meet Me At Sunset" and OPI's "Juice Bar Hopping" two bright orange polishes. Here's how they stack up in the bottles:
Essie's "Meet Me At Sunset" and OPI's "Juice Bar Hopping."
As you can see the polishes look somewhat similar in the bottle but not identical. I applied two coats of Essie's "Meet Me At Sunset" to my middle and pinkie finger and two coats of OPI's "Juice Bar Hopping" on my pointer and ring finger. It becomes extremely obvious on my nails how unalike these two nail polishes are. OPI's "Juice Bar Hopping" is a lot brighter and closer to a crelly neon while Essie's "Meet Me At Sunset" is a darker creme orange. Up close for your comparison:
If you want to know more about Essie's "Meet Me At Sunset" or OPI's "Juice Bar Hopping" check out some of my previous posts!
Overall these two nail polishes are nowhere near dupes - basically outside of both being orange they are not alike at all! Both are fun oranges and I continue to keep them both in my collection.

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri "Heather Hustle"
Hey all and happy Monday! It is dreary and rainy here so I pepped up Monday with a pastel color! Today's nail polish is Sally Hansen Insta-Dri's "Heather Hustle." Here's how pretty it looks in the bottle:
"Heather Hustle" is an absolutely gorgeous pastel purple creme. The formula of this polish was perfect and applied with ease. As the name implies "Heather Hustle" is meant to be a single coat that dries very quickly, which is exactly what happened! (However I applied a second coat for the photos and wear time.) After six days there were a few minor tip chips, which is stellar. Check out this lovely polish in macro:
Overall I am very impressed with Sally Hansen Insta-Dri's "Heather Hustle." everything about this nail polish is lovely and I think it is a great color for Spring and Summer!
