Zoya "Perrie"
Hello everyone and happy Sunday! The weekend's sunshine continues and I couldn't help but pull out s bright purple creme to celebrate! So without further ado, today's nail polish is Zoya's "Perrie." Look how pretty "Perrie" is in the bottle:
"Perrie" is a lovely pastel pink/purple colored creme. The formula of "Perrie" was absolutely wonderful and applied nicely to my nails. After two coats the nail polish was entirely opaque and had no visible streak marks. In terms of chipping, I was able to wear "Perrie" for five full days before I noticed any tip chips. It is stunning in macro:
Overall I am really happy with Zoya's "Perrie." Everything about this nail polish is wonderful - I especially love the gorgeous color and I will be wearing it again and again!

Hello all and happy Saturday! The sun is shining and it is nearly warm enough for shorts and a t-shirt! (I am thrilled for Sumer!) Today's nail polish is OPI's "Now Museum, Now You Don't." Look how gorgeous it is in the bottle:
"Now Museum, Now You Don't" is a gorgeous red shimmer, with a name that cracks me up every time! The formula of this polish was pretty good and applied without much struggle. After two coats, "Now Museum, Now You Don't" was fully opaque and had zero streak marks. As for chipping I was able tower this nail polish for six full days before I noticed any chips. Look at the red shimmer:

Nicole by OPI "Khloe Has A Little Lam Lam"
Hey guys and happy happy Friday! Lately I've been going through my nail polish collection and trying to share some older bottles that have been with me for a while but not shared on the blog. So today I'm going to share Nicole by OPI's "Khloe Has A Little Lam Lam." (That's how old this is because Khloe Kardashian isn't with Lamar anymore!) Here's how it looks in the bottle:
"Khloe Has A Little Lam Lam" is a gorgeous deep, dark turquoise creme. The formula of this polish was very good and applied nicely on my nails. After a single coat, "Khloe Has A Little Lam Lam" was fully opaque and streak free. However I did apply a second coat for the photos and to test the wear time. As for chipping, I was able to wear this nail polish for four days before there were some noticeable tip chips. Here's how this polish looks up close:
Overall I like Nicole by OPI's "Khloe Has A Little Lam Lam." I was also very happy this dark color didn't stain my nails at all! (A typical worry with some dark blues!) I'll definitely continue wearing this nail polish until the bottle runs out.

After two coats the nail polish was fully opaque and streak free. As for chipping, I was able to wear "Pitches Be Crazy" for four days before there were a few tip chips. Here's how pretty this polish looks up close:

Easter Nail Art
Hi everyone and Happy Easter to those who celebrate. In honor of the Easter Bunny's arrival I decided to create some Easter egg nails. Here are the nail polishes I pulled out for this freehand design:
Disney for Target's "White", Sinful Colors "Cash Out", Zoya's "Saint", OPI's "Exotic Birds Do Not Tweet", Sally Hansen Insta-Dri's "Melon", Illimite's "Pale Fire", China Glaze's "Shine-nanigans" and Illyrian's "Morpheus."
First I used two coats of Disney for Target's "White" as the base color for my nails. My nails then looked like this:
Next up I used some dotting tools from Amazon and a small brush from Maniology to begin creating designs. Here are the tools:
Each nail turned out nicely but my favorite design was definitely my middle finger, with my ring finger in a close second. They turned out so gorgeous:
Here's a breakdown of what nail polish was used on each nail:
Pointer Finger: Has a base of OPI's "Exotic Birds Do Not Tweet" with a coat of China Glaze's "Shine-nangians" on top. The plaid is Sinful Colors "Cash Out" and Sally Hansen Insta-Dri's "Melon.
Middle Finger: Zoya's "Saint" as a base with Disney for Target's "White" to create they wavy design.
Ring Finger: Sally Hansen Insta-Dri's "Melon" with a coat of Illyrian's "Morpheus" for the gorgeous shimmer. Then OPI's "Exotic Birds Do Not Tweet" for the polka dots.
Pinky Finger: Sinful Colors "Cash Out" as the base with Illimite's "Pale Fire" of the chevron pattern.
If you want to know more about Disney for Target's "White" check out my previous post!
Overall I am pleased with how my Easter egg nails turned out - although my pointer finger didn't go quite to plan. I hope everyone has a lovely holiday and enjoys the time with family and friends.

Live Love Polish Strengthening Base Coat
Hey everyone! April has just flown by and the weather has warmed up, which means my nails are finally back to enjoying themselves. (Anyone else struggle with Winter nails?) So to help make my nails even happier I decided to try out Live Love Polish's Strengthening Base Coat which looks like this in the bottle:
Live Love Polish is a wonderful website that sells nail polish and nail care products. I have several polishes from their website but couldn't resist trying the nail strengthener! The formula was watery, which made me nervous at first but it only took one coat and it dried without any top coat help in less than ten minutes. Here's how my nails looked before:
I was able to notice stronger nails after only a few days. Here's how my nails looked after three full days of wearing the Strengthening Base Coat:
Overall I am really happy with Live Love Polish's Strengthening Base Coat. My nails looked shinier and happier after only a single use. I'll definitely be wearing this underneath many manis to come!

Sally Hansen Triple Shine "Vitamin D-Light"
Hello all and happy Thursday! Anyone else looking forward to Easter this weekend? Today's nail polish is Sally Hansen Triple Shine's "Vitamin D-Light" which is a crelly. See how it looks int he bottle:
"Vitamin D-Light" is an orange/coral crelly. A crelly is a colorful jelly polish that is not meant to be opaque. The formula of this nail polish was slightly watery but not difficult to apply. After two coats you couldn't make out any color on my nails so I applied a third and then a forth coat. (The photos above is four coats.) Since this polish didn't really show up with my skin tone I didn't wear for any longer than the photos. Even up close you can barley distinguish the color:
Overall I am a little disappointed with Sally Hansen Triple Shine's "Vitamin D-Light." I was hoping this orange crelly would show up more on my nails. This nail polish won't be staying in my collection for very long.

Sally Hansen Cuticle Care
Hi guys and happy Wednesday! Today's post is some lovely cuticle care featuring Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover. I first heard about this product in early 2018 and knew I wanted to give it a go. After over a year of use I can safely say this product makes my nails look fantastic! So I decided to give you a behind the scenes before and after of my cuticles! Here's the before:
You squeeze the jelly out onto you nail from the bottle and then I let mine sit for about thirty seconds or so before pushing the cuticles back. Here's the bottle:
The process is pretty quick and simple. I finish the newly cleaned cuticles off by washing my hands and apply some cuticle oil (and I use a variety depending on what I want on any given day.) Here's the after of my cuticles:
Overall I am so happy with Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover! It cleans my cuticles up with ease and helps my nails stay happy and healthy. Plus it is an affordable brand that I am able to pick-up at Wal-Mart!

Sephora by OPI "Under My Trenchcoat"
Hello all and happy Monday! Today's nail polish is Sephora by OPI's "Under My Trenchcoat" which was part of set sold by QVC (an American TV channel). The set looked like this:
"Under My Trenchcoat" is a taupe with some shimmer. The formula of this nail polish was fantastic and applied nicely to my nails. After two coats "Under My Trenchcoat" was completely opaque and streak free. In terms of chipping, I was able to wear this polish for four days before I noticed a few chips. Here's how "Under My Trenchcoat" looked in the bottle:
I am not always one to wear a lot of beige colored nails but "Under My Trenchcoat" is really gorgeous. Look how it looks up close:
Overall I am really happy with Sephora by OPI's "Under My Trenchcoat." Everything about this nail polish is really nice - it is unfortunate that this brand of nail polish has been retired for several years now and is no longer available for purchase. So I'll just have to enjoy this bottle until it runs out!

Ciaté "Celestial"
Hi Allan happy Sunday night! (Where did the weekend even go?!?) Today's nail polish is Ciaté's "Celestial." This nail polish was originally in one of Ciaté's annual advent calendars and was the last polish in the set - the full sized one for Christmas Eve. Here's how this beauty looks in the bottle:
"Celestial" is an absolutely gorgeous silver chunky glitter in a clear base coat. The formula of this nail polish was amazing and applied nice and evenly on my nails. Since "Celestial" is a glitter topper I decided to try it out with a few other opaque polishes.
The first polish I tested with "Celestial" was China Glaze's "Applejack Of My Eye." This was a very pretty and girly combo that I would definitely wear again!
The second polish I tried with "Celestial" was Pahlish's "Nine & Three Quarters." This combination was very gorgeous and looked like a night sky!
The third nail polish I tried with "Celestial" was China Glaze's "Hook and Line." This combination was simplistic and is a nice look for Winter.
Overall I am really happy with Ciaté's "Celestial." Everything about this nail polish is lovely and the glitter makes a nice statement! I can't wait to wear this polish again and again!

Dupes: OPI "Suzi Has A Swede Tooth" and Zoya "Lara"
Hi everyone and happy Saturday! Spring flowers are just around the corner and I couldn't help but want to pull out all my pink polishes! So today we have a comparison of OPI's "Suzi Has A Swede Tooth" and Zoya's "Lara." Here's how they stacked up next to each other int he bottles:
OPI's "Suzi Has A Swede Tooth" and Zoya's "Lara."
As you can see from above the polishes look close to identical, with the Zoya nail polish looking a bit brighter. The formula of booth were similar and applied well on my nails. After two coats both were fully opaque and streak free. However they weren't true dupes, just similar. Zoya "Lara" is a brighter pink with more red in the formula while OPI "Suzi Has A Swede Tooth" was more of a blue based bubblegum pink.
Overall while OPI "Suzi Has A Swede Tooth" and Zoya "Lara" weren't true dupes they are probably similar enough that you don't need both in your collection. I tend to lean more towards "Suzi Has A Swede Tooth" because I love bubblegum pink.

Essie "Blue-La-La"
Hi all and happy Monday! Spring has finally arrived in all its glory here in North Carolina so to match the blue skies I picked out a gorgeous light blue! So without further ado, today's nail polish is Essie's "Blue-La-La."
"Blue-La-La" is an absolutely gorgeous sky blue colored polish! The formula of "Blue-La-La" was amazing and it applied with ease. After two coats, the nail polish was completely opaque and had no visible streak marks. In terms of chipping, I was able to wear "Blue-La-La" for four days before I noticed a few tip chips.
Overall I am really happy with Essie's "Blue-La-La." With Spring in the air this pastel blue is the perfect way to pep up my nails and enjoy the season! (And it'll be a great color for Summertime too!)

Zoya "India"
Hi all and happy Sunday! It is a nice Spring day here in North Carolina and it is perfect for having a relaxing day! So without further ado, today's nail polish is Zoya's "India."
"India" is an absolutely stunning burgundy/dark fuchsia with a golden shimmer. The formula of this nail polish is lovely and it applied with ease. After only a single coat "India" was completely opaque and streak free. However I did apply a second coat for the photos and wear time. In terms of chipping, I was able to wear "India" for four days before I noticed a couple tip chips. Look at this gorgeousness up close:
Overall I quite like Zoya's "India." Everything about this nail polish is lovely and I think it will be a nice nail polish for Autumn. I can hardly wait to wear this pretty color again and again!

China Glaze "Hook & Line"
Hello all and happy Saturday! Today's nail polish is China Glaze's "Hook & Line" from their The Hunger Games collection from years ago. I love the movie so I couldn't resist owning the entire collection which included this grey/silver shimmer:
"Hook & Line" is a grey/silver shimmer with a hint of green. The formula of this nail polish was very good and applied very easily to my nails. After two coats, "Hook & Line" was not quite opaque but there were no streak marks. A third coat would easily solve the opaqueness issue. As for chipping, I was able to wear "Hook & Line" for four to five days before. noticed a couple small chips. See how pretty it is up close:
Overall I am quite happy with China Glaze's "How & Line." The color and formula are great and I am never sad to have this nail polish in my collection!
