Mani x Me September 2021 Box

Hi everyone!  Today's throwback post features Maniology's Mani x Me box from September 2021.  Each box has a different theme and features two stamping nail polishes, two stamping plates and a surprise extra nail art item.  September 2021's theme was pins and needles, which was very reminiscent of Coraline and The Nightmare Before Christmas to me.  Here are this month's nail polishes:

"Doom" and "Gloom"

This month's polishes are "Doom" and "Gloom."  "Doom" is a gorgeous pumpkin orange with a golden shimmer and "Gloom" is a plum purple with a golden shimmer.  These two polishes are absolutely stunning and I cannot wait to test these out with some stamping plates!  September's first plate is MXM063 and it features lots of full nail designs for Halloween.  Here's MXM063:

The second plate for this month is MXM064, which features lots of spooky Halloween themed items along with a few mote full nail designs.  It looks so cute:

The extra nail art item for this month is a powder called "Wicked."  This powders can be used to accent any design or the nail as a whole.  Mine got a little beat up in shipping, which is why some is lose, but the package is still full so it's not a loss.  Look at that green shimmer:

Overall I am really pleased with Maniology's Mani x Me Box for September 2021.  While Halloween isn't always my favorite this month's box does a great job hitting many different Halloween themes.  I am looking forward to trying out some stamped Halloween designs later this year!

Maniology "Boy's Tears"

Hey all and happy Saturday!  I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!  Today's nail polish is Maniology's "Boy's Tears" which came as part of one of their Mani x Me subscription boxes.  Here's how this pretty stamping nail polish looks in the bottle:

"Boy's Tears" is a gorgeous blurple creme stamping polish.  The formula is thick, which I expected as it is meant to pick up designs off stamping plates.  After one coat "Boy's Tears" was entirely opaque and streak free.  Here's how this stunner looks up close:

Overall I am in love with Maniology's "Boy's Tears."  The color and quality are fantastic and I cannot wait to try out some stamped designs soon!

China Glaze "Kill'em With Kindness"

Hello All and welcome to the weekend!!  Today's nail polish is China Glaze's "Kill'em With Kindness" from their My Little Pony collection.  Here's how this happy nail polish look sin the bottle:

"Kill'em With Kindness" is a pretty pastel yellow creme.  The formula of this nail polish is good - it applies well but like many pastels it is a little streaky.  After three coats "Kill'em With Kindness" looked great and was opaque and streak free!  Look at this lovely Springtime pastel up close:

Overall I am very pleased with China Glaze's "Kill'em With Kindness."  I love having a pastel yellow in my collection and I look forward to wearing this nail polish in Spring and Summer!

Essie "Kaf-tan"

Hey everyone and happy happy Thursday!  Today's nail polish is Essie's "Kaf-tan," which is a really nice chill color.  Here's how this Autumnal polish looks in the bottle:

"Kaf-tan" is a really pretty mustard yellow creme.  The formula of this nail polish is perfect - it applied so nicely to my nail and was opaque after only a single coat!  I love when a polish only takes one coat because it makes life easier.  Look at this lovely Autumn color up close:

Overall I am in love with Essie's "Kaf-tan."  Everything from the color to it being opaque in one coats makes this nail polish a winner in my eyes!  I can't wait until this Autumn as this will definitely be one of my go to polishes!

Fair Maiden Polish "So-fish-ticated"

Hi all and happy middle of the week!  (Almost to the weekend again!)  Today's nail polish is Fair Maiden Polish's "So-fish-ticated" which I purchased from a Polish Pick-Up.  Here's how this gorgeous indie looks in the bottle:

"So-fish-ticated" is a stunning purple/blue with iridescent flakies!  This nail polish is literally one of the prettiest I have ever seen - no regrets on adding it to my collection.  The formula of "So-fish-ticated" is great - it applied in thin even layers and was very buildable.  I applied four coats to get the full flakie effect! Look at this amazing polish up close:

Overall I am in love with Fair Maiden Polish's "So-fish-ticated."  Absolutely everything about this nail polish is perfect and this may become a staple on my nails!

Color Club "Star Light, Star Bright"

Hi everyone and happy Tuesday!  Who else is enjoying the warmer weather?  Today's nail polish is Color Club's "Star Light, Star Bright" which is a gorgeous holographic polish.  Here's how "Star Light, Star Bright" looks in the bottle:

"Star Light, Star Bright" is a gorgeous golden holographic polish.  The formula of this nail polish is slightly watery but as long as you wipe the brush on the edge of the bottle it applies with ease.  After two coats "Star Light, Star Bright" was entirely opaque and streak free.  Look at this gorgeous holo up close:

Overall I am in love with Color Club's "Star Bright, Star Light."  Absolutely everything about this nail polish is perfect and I cannot wait to wear it again and again!

Mani x Me August 2021 Box

Hey everyone, here's a second suprise post for today!  So without ado, today's post is another throwback from last year - it is Maniology's Mani x Me's box from August 2021.  The theme for August 2021 was the Wild West.  Each subscription box includes two stamping polishes, two stamping plates and a surprise extra nail art item  This theme was a lot of fun as I love all the western items!  Here are this month's nail polishes:

"Saddle Up" and "Lasso"

This month's nail polish colors are perfect - they fit the theme perfectly.  "Saddle Up" is a gorgeous red-brown creme and "Lasso" is a bright golden shimmer.  This month's first plate is MXM061 which features cowgirls!  Look how cute:

The second stamping plate this month is MXM062 which has amazing old west scenery - and I cannot wait to try this plate out!  Look how fun it is:

August's surprise item was actually a third stamping plate, which is neat and doesn't happen all the time!  The third plate is M246 and it features all sorts of western designs from ropes to desert flowers.  The lasso hearts just get me!

Overall I am super thrilled with this month's Mani x Me subscription box!  Each month I look forward to getting my surprise and so far the themes have been great and I have never received a duplicate item!
